Edited your build. Better RAM, better Motherboard and cheaper HDD and GPU. I honestly think its worth to wait that 1 month as you can get better parts. This build is $750 so you'd still have $50 left over. You could get a 270x instead of a 270 or you could get a CPU cooler for OCing. Build will run most games at high smoothly.

Well mine is cheaper... So you could spend money on other things. But if you really like his build then go for it. I say mine is "better" because it cheaper. Also faster ram for the same price. But there's not a huge difference between 1600mhz ram and 1867mhz ram

This build is pretty much the same as OP's, however it is cheaper. I suggest going with the cheaper of the two options as they will perform pretty much the same.
