I need your help, re below mention

My E machine start up at first and shortly after the monitor went to sleep, I tried to wake it up, by moving my mouse,
but to know avail.
I hold down the power button and turn it off. Now thereafter it tries to booth up and while booting up, the monitor
went to sleep and leave the CPU still on.
Making me unable to make the required adjustment for the computer monitor to stay up. Can you say how do I get in, while
the system is in the repairing, booting up stage, for me to do the necessary changes?

It sounds like a dying GPU. The monitor is going to sleep because it's not receiving a video input, it's a power saving mechanism. If your pc is a desktop you can try to get your hands on another GPU and try with that.
