Disc Spanning Software but doesn't encapsulate files into image.

Besides CDBURNERXP application, does anybody know of any disc spanning software out there that I can burn to iso for blue ray burning later.

Must be able to to disc spanning but not make a database set. Disc spanning done by each disc, so if you wanted files off disc say 5 you simply put in disc 5 and copy the files over like normal.

Most disc spanning software encloses the span with a master disc and the rest. I do NOT want this.

Has to be 64 bit software to run on Win 7.

Thank you.

Solution
Unless an application needs more than 3GB of RAM in it's own workset it won't need a 64bit version. But it comes down to simple applications they would need more memory if it was running in 64bit as a good portion of variables take up more space when in 64bit especially pointers (twice the space specifically).

EDIT: fixed grammatical error

Nero's Burning Rom can do that with their DiskSpan feature. It can span for BD -> BDXL disks. And allow you to burn them off to nrg or iso files as long as you select to burn using the image burner instead of your burning drive. You can select whether to have a master disk or not and the master disk can be used for larger files only too. (Which would be useful for spanning on CD's or DVD's but probably useless on BD's).

I own the software. It leaves that choice up to you. Meaning if you select to use a master disk then yes it will be that way otherwise it is optional.

It just requires you to select Diskspan -> Allow Nero DiscSpan without file splitting

I don't see that options anywhere on their site. I have seen a video footage of them demonstrating the option to span but it says that you have to put in a master usually disc 1 or end of the set disc to restore files from.

i want to be able to burn using span option where by it literally just splits my collection of files up onto however many discs required but each disc I am able to view within windows without any help what so ever.

Best thing I could tell you to do is download the trial-> http://www.nero.com/enu/products/nero-burning-rom/free-trial-download.php

Try out the option I said using disk images then mount the images and see if it works. Just remember to not install the "additional" software....

Fun tip if you do purchase Nero Burning Rom. Upgrade from the trial (on their site) at this point it gives you a 40% discount... At least in the US thats a price difference between $49.99 and $29.99. A bit more sane.
