I am very sorry but since this thread relates to a lot of things I put it in the Memory section because I thought it related the most.

Anyways about a day ago while on my computer my mouse fell off the stand thing and landed on top of my computer, everything completely froze and my headphones made a wierd buzzing sound that wouldnt stop. I couldnt move my mouse or anything so I decided to turn it off. When I attempted to reboot, it made a series of beeps in the pattern of 1-3-3-1 and wouldnt boot up. After reseating a few things such as 1 of the sticks of RAM, the GPU, and the HDD it finally booted up and loaded windows! I was overly happy as I thought my problem was solved however when I logged in nothing really responded and the only things I could really get into, although slowly, was the start menu. Any other thing I click on usually freezes the computer and loads an error message saying something like this usually: "The instruction at 0x000007FEFD890199 memory at 0x000007FEFD890199 the required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000185."

I read somewhere that this could be because of RAM or the Hard drive, but I honestly have no idea. Everything seems to work fine in safe mode, I even ran a Memory Diagnostics test from the control panel and no problems were found. Your help would be so much appreciated.

In case anyone was wondering here are my specs: (Its pretty much just a Lenovo thinkcentre m58p sff with an added r7 240 in the pcie x16 slot)

Intel Core 2 Duo e8400

XFX Radeon r7 240

4gb of ddr3 RAM

150 gb HDD

280 Watt Power supply.

Once again I just wanna thank everyone whos willing to help me with my problem

I'll bet it's a hard drive issue. It could be RAM related, but considering that HDDs are the only remaining mechanical parts of computers aside from the fan, it sounds more like an HDD error than anything. So in case your HDD is damaged I recommend you back up all your important data immediately and either reinstall windows on that HDD to see if perhaps, somehow, only the data on one sector of your HDD was damaged but the HDD itself is still fine or install windows on a new HDD all together. The former seems more like a long shot, but if that's the case then at least you don't have to replace your HDD. So yea, try reinstalling windows or if that doesn't work, you'll just have to buy a new HDD. Luckily they're relatively cheap and you can get a good 1 TB for $60, let alone something like a 300 GB. Regardless, in case your HDD is in the middle of failing as we speak, back up everything important to a USB, a DVD, or the cloud.

Right click on your hard drive in windows.
Click on properties, then the tools tab.

Error checking, Scan now.
Tick the scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
Restart the system let it run.

Let it run, it will take a while.

Once done on the next power up keep tapping the F8 key.
And use the MS memory test with at least four passes.

Then you will know what it is.

You should check that your Sata data cable is seated right on the board port, and into the back of the HD.

After doing the error checking test everything seems to be back to normal now! I ran 1 more memory diagnostic test and it passed so I figured everything is fine however I am skeptical that the problem might comeback. Should I be worried, or is everything fine?

Happened to me a while ago, I cleaned the dimm slots, replaced my ram with new ram and got a new gpu BUT I replaced my 5870 with a 580 before I got a chance to see if the 5870 still worked so you might not have to replace anything.
