gpu: xfx r9 280x
ram: 8gb
using 14.7 beta drivers (to have mantle)
ok so here's the deal, my gpu seems to slack off a lot. when i play battlefield 4 i get 30-40 fps. when i play planetside 2 the same thing happens but it only happens when lots of stuff is going on (many people shooting). the thing that really annoys me is that my gpu usage is always very low, especially in bf4. in planetside 2 the gpu usage is quite high (70%) but when there is lots of shooting then it goes down - wth??? and no its no cpu bottleneck because the cpu cores never go over 50%.
