windows 7 ultimate is a great deal, but the RAM and GPU are terrible. Get two sticks (2x8GB) G.Skill ram instead, and get a i5 4690 and a GTX 760 or r9 280.

Not necessarily.
If, for instance, Win 7 Pro was $60, and Win 7 Home premium was $50 on that same clicky selection....Ultimate is simply wasted money. It brings no performance benefit.
 


ah ok, I still see windows 7 home at around $100 on newegg that is why I made that assumption.

Would there be any notable difference between a 4690 and a 4670?(they only have the 4670 available on the site)
