What Sound Card Would You Recommend?

Hey there I'm looking to add a sound card to my computer, but I'm not too sure which one to get. I primarily want better sound quality for music, but gaming is still important.

Currently I'm using onboard audio from my Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H motherboard (which has a VIA VT2021 audio chipset) and V-Moda Crossfade M-100 headphones.

I would like a sound card that can play audio at 192kbps, and isn't top of the line expensive. What do you guys recommend?

The VT2021 does play 192Khz audio does it not?

High-performance ADCs with 100dB SNR, DACs with 110dB SNR Various Output Format
5 Stereo DACs Output Pairs supporting 16/20/24-bit, 48/96/192/44.1/88.2 kHz sample rate

I also use the Z77x-UD3H and spent money on a Creative Labs Z sound card because of interference I was getting and I really didn't notice all that difference in quality at all. Other than the feature to switch between headphones and speakers with software there really wasn't much point. I'm using Logitech Z-2300's for speakers and Beyerdynamic DT-660's for headphones, and while they aren't really top end gear I wouldn't call it entry level stuff either.
