Laptop shuts off by itself after 30 min of runtime

I have gateway NE56R10U with an Intel Celeron B820, I wanted to change the processor, so i got ahead and put in a Intel core i3 2350m. the sockets are same so it fit and worked fine but there is one problem. im only able to keep my system on for 30 min and it just shuts off. no bsod, no windows shutting down screen. just off like the power got cut off or something. and then when i turn right back on, no error screen. nothing. My ram is fine, ive tried in another computer, so is my hdd. this started only happening after the cpu change. its not overheating because im monitoring temps and they are fine. Please help, I would greatly appreciate it.
