Okay. This is the computer I'm hoping to get. Will this PC go at medium settings on minecraft with optifine at about 60+ fps regularly? I HAVE to stay under $600, so I'm open to more (tiny-bit more expensive) suggestions. I play on servers, if that helps any. I was also wondering if I just need speakers and not a sound card. It doesn't matter that they are bad speakers and that the fans are loud. I mainly just want performance.

Solution
Francisco's build is good, but it's $680 without rebates. In my experience I only get 30% of my rebates back, some take up to 6 months before I get them back. Also I removed the speakers because the built in monitor speakers are probably better. Based off of your original build, I assume you don't have a monitor, keyboard, mouse or anything lying around.

Minecraft is a CPU optimized game. If you want better performance upgrade your CPU higher. The new intel pentium G3258 is cheap and overclockable. You can get it with a bundle for $100 with a mobo. You are spending way too much on your HDD. Take that money and upgrade your CPU cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo.

I'm not really good with computers, as this will be my first PC. I don't know how to over lock but I can learn how. Is the intel pentium G3258 better and cheaper than my current CPU even without over clocking? Also, thanks for the tip regarding the HDD and the CPU cooler. I will post my new build in a second.

Glad I could help, good luck with your build :) BTW that pc can probably run minecraft w/ shaders at over 30 fps. Vanilla minecraft w/ optifine probably 150-200 fps. But anything over 60fps on a 60Hz monitor doesn't make a difference. If you decide to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler, and overclock your CPU, you will get even higher fps. Just remember on cheaper mATX boards, they don't OC very well.
