Since it isn't turning on then that means the Mobo(or even CPU?) Is possibly broken/damaged? When I did my test boots it was turning on. I might have damaged the mobo while trying to get it on the standoffs

Would unplug power, remove 'watch battery' form mobo.. wait 10 minutes. plug in watch battery and then power and see what happens
