The H80 is a rather poor cooler..... gets soundly beat by any decent air cooler.....The $25 Hyper 212 is on par with the H80. There is not a single 120mm/140mm CLC made that can compete with the better air coolers.
I wouldn't down grade the MoBo either, cost savings from other items more than offsets it ... and how you gonna install the 4790K ? .... M6F doesn't support 4790k w/o a BIOS upgarde that you can't do w/o having an older CPU installed.
Video editing isn't going to cut it with the action taking place on th WD Blue....almost dead last in THG charts

-The upgrade to the MSI cards saves £40
-The upgrade to the SSHD saves £40
-The upgrade to the case saves £23
-The case upgrade negates the need for the extra fans saves £50
-The upgrade to a better (air) cooler saves £23
Better yet ....
keeping the Z97 M7F and upgrading to the more expensive Swiftech cooler has your original build at maybe £1908 or £1915 ....So you need to shed £115 to hit $1800 target
-The upgrade to the MSI cards saves £40
-The upgrade to the SSHD saves £40
-The upgrade to the case saves £23
-The case upgrade negates the need for the extra fans saves £50 ... leaving you with about £38 to spend
If ya worried about temps.... the £38 left should get ya 3 or 4 of em.
The Swiftech gives you dual cooling with a copper radiator instead of the aluminum on the CLC H80 and you can open / expand the loop to include the MoBo Block (M7F / M6F is a bit of a waste if ya don't use it....that block adds about $75 to the cost. as well as your GFX cards at some point.
