With 2 monitors you are better off with a 3 or 4GB card. Even with something as powerful as a gtx 770, 2Gb split between 2 monitors is taxing on the ram.
8Gb of ram is more than enough for gaming. You only need more if you are serious about AutoCAD and similar applications.
Seasonic, Delta, SuperFlower etc, make the best PSUs, and as such, Antec, Corsair HX/AX, XFX follow suit.
Haswell/Refresh CPUs run hot. The CM Hyper212 Plus/EVO is an excellent choice for stock replacement upto decent OC. For liquid, Corsair H-80i, or NZXT Kraken x-40. For higher (or cooler) Noctua nh-d14, or Corsair h-100i.
For dual monitors a 770/280x is fine, a 780 or 290 would be better.

It was all going so well until i got to the power supply i would highly recommend you get a XFX or seasonic 550watt 80 plus gold for a nice setup like that you dont want a sub par psu like that corsair to give the life blood to all your expensive parts.

Well... it could be perfect or it could be s***, depending on what you want to use it for, and how many monitors @ what resolution you will be running.

Overall, the CPU cooler could be changed to something cheaper and better, cheaper mobo, less ram, an r9 290, and a better PSU. And Windows 8.1.

If you need more reasoning that paticuliar corsair psu uses cheap Chinese capicitors which can burn out pretty quick it isent really designed to be a gaming psu so much. Almost all Seasonic and XFX (XFX is made by seasonic) come with 5 year warrantys which shows they they are confident in the quality of there product that corsair on the other hand might come with a 3 year at best. Not to mention seasonic is widely recognized as one of the best if not the best power supply manufacturer. The only good corsair psu's are the hx and ax series which are made by seasonic.

Lol your alright 8gb is plenty. The cooler master hyper 212 is a great cheap air cooler. If you really want water cooling get the corsair h100i or the NZXT Kracken.

The corsair cs550m is a tier 2b psu but based on seasonic's reputation I ultimately opted for the seasonic G series 550 http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr550rm. Same price, tier 2, better reputation.
