How long will this build last me?

Probably quite awhile it depends on if your okay with lowering the graphics settings more and more as games get bigger and harder to run but i would think it will at least play pretty much every new game at an acceptable frame rate for at least 3 years but you never know technology moves fast,

It is really hard to say i would say more towards medium settings for that in 2-3 years.
