Hi, i am building my first gaming pc and need help finishing it off. I want to keep it semi-budget and try to keep it below $700. This is what i have so far http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cubsbum/saved/Npxbt6
I play games like counterstrike global offensive, minecraft, and skyrim but i would like to expand my library so i want a computer that can play lots of games. I need help deciding on a psu and am open to suggestions on changing any other parts. Thanks in advance for all answers!

heres a stronger build with higher overclocking cabablitlies and a nice amount of vram for future games.

i got you some dual channel memory which in some games can give massive fps boost and overall performance(10-15fps from what i heard). I got you a r9 280 even though its more expensive because its faster than a r9 270 and can be overclocked almost to r9 280x level with the good cooler i got you. fx 8320 is just a factory underclocked fx 8350 so save like 40 bucks.

i got you a high end cooler for a minnimum 4.4ghz overclock higher to like 4.6-4.7. The mobo also is made to handle the high ram speed and get a good overclock.

I made changes to PSU and RAM for dual channel and faster speed. :)

Umm, there is only one benefit to overclocking, your computer has higher frequency which speeds up. But you components will be harmed and may not last as long as expected.

Yeah, it is fine to play with a TV instead of a monitor but you will need a HDMI cable.

I'm wondering if giving him a 1TB black series HDD from WD instead, if it's his main drive.
WD1003FZEX is the part number I'm thinking of.

Ok, thanks. 1 last question would this be safe to be moving a lot? I spend a week at my moms and a week at my dads but laptops are too expensive to get the power i want and i like being able to replace parts

You dont need to absoultey overclock but if you plan on keep this a long time and want to prevent a bottleneck for a long time overclocking helps. It doesnt damage the cpu as long as you have a good cooler and stress test it will last long if temps kept good( 40-55c). Yes it would be fine with hdmi

Yeah, it will definitely be good however I don't want to make it too high. Although the 1TB may cost 30Dollars extra. :)

Yeah, it would be fine. You just need to get a case that has handle for manoeuvrability, however it is not so needed.

Yeah it would be ok as long as all parts are secured well and kept from moving to much. Be sure to select best answer when your done to help others out.

Well, you'd need 500GB at least, SSD's work best at as low capacity as possible(how full they are, not how much capacity they have, poorly worded by me), also they are a bit more pricey and the WD black series do come in 500GB as well.
