Here are my specs;

h100i
i5 4670k
ASUS z97-A
Corsair HX750 PSU
TP-Link TL-WN881ND (PCI Wireless adapter)
GTX 760
Corsair Dominator LP ram (2x4GB)

So this computer is my first one that I built. Its about a month old and I've been using it with no problems up until now.

It happened twice today while I was playing CSGO. I'll be playing and all of the sudden the screen goes black, the audio makes a weird sound then cuts out. Then my monitor will tell me that there is nothing detected in the DVI slot and it will go into sleep mode.

After about a minute, the screen comes back up and counter strike is minimized and several things pop up:

1. The realtek audio manager will pop up and act like I just plugged in headphones.

2. The windows alert thing next to the time will tell me that a USB device I plugged in wasn't installed correctly (or maybe it said a USB device has failed I cant remember)
(just a side note, the only thing plugged into my USB ports are my mouse a steelseries sensei raw and my keyboard a CM Storm Quickfire TK)

3. The wireless will be disconnected. It connects fine after I select the network again but both crashes it was disconnected when it came back.

So I'm really confused. I had been using my computer for hours before the crashes and it was working perfectly.
Can anyone help me?

Is this hardware issue or software?
I don't think my gpu or cpu are overheating as I've never had an issue with them. How do I know if its my PSU or RAM?

So I think my problem was I didn't have my chipset drivers properly installed. I went to device manager and it said that the "sm bus controller" was missing the driver. I ended up updated the bios and getting the latest chipset driver and I haven't had any issues since.
