Keep going into BIOS when I boot up?

I built a PC a while back everything went to plain but only one problem that has been annoying me. Every time I boot up my PC it goes into a black screen telling me to push f1 to get into the BIOS. When i go into the BIOS I simply click exit and start. I don't think this is anything serious? I would just like it to stop. :??:

That message is not telling you you have to do that to get it working. It is prompting you, in case you forgot, that when YOU decide you NEED to go into BIOS Setup, that is what you do. Otherwise, you do nothing and it waits for a little while (maybe 10 secs) to give you a chance, then just goes on with the rest of the process.
