Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
PSU - Eagle Tech Voltas ET-PSVTX600E-BK 600Watt Power Supply
CPU - Amd Fx-6300 95 Am3+
Graphic card - Evga GeForce GTX650Ti Boost Super Clocked 1 GB GDDR5/ Geforce GTS 250
Memory - Kingston Technology HyperX 8 GB
Case - Xion Performance Meshed mATX USB 3.0 Tower Case XON-560_BK

So, my computer has tended to usually crash when i'm either in a game or just randomly just crashes, when it does crash it usually the blue screen or just crashing without the blue screen.
the blue screen usually says the "A process or thread crucial to the system operation has unexpectedly exited or has been terminated", or "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" but it has only done that with my newer graphic the 650 Ti Boost but with my older graphic card everything is fine, no crashing so i'm slightly confused here would it be the graphic card or ?

i do apologize if my writing isn't sufficed ;3; i'm still in school learning plus i'm new to the computer building here so i must apologize one last time.

Eagle Tech is one of those usually very low quality PSU brands so poor power could be corrupting your memory, possibly causes components to malfunction or might possibly be damaging your components.

I would start by running memtest86 for several hours (4+ complete passes) to verify that your memory is still good and if that checks out ok, a new, higher quality PSU, would be the next thing I would look into.
