How do I get the mouse cursor to show ALL the time on a new MS Surface Pro 3? I've tried the new Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse, the old MS Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000, and the Surface's keyboard touchpad cursor and in ALL cases, the cursor hides, that is, disappears, until it's over certain areas, then it'll pop into view until it leaves those areas.

Solution
I think I "fixed" it via the Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > Mouse > Mouse Properties > Pointer Options > Visibility > select checkbox: "Display pointer trails" > select: "SHORT" (move Short/Long slider ALL the way to the LEFT). Then RESTART.
