Hey, I have a friend who may be buying a 770 soon, and I reccomended the EVGA superclocked 2g 770 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921), but he linked me http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130946 which look and and has almost all the same things, but it's slightly cheaper. What's the reason for this? If he can get it cheaper thats always good, but I want to know if theyre the same or if something is noticably different.

EDIT: Can I also ask even though I'm 99% sure, if both cards will work on http://us.msi.com/product/mb/FM2A85XAG65.html#hero-overview ? Thanks!

The main difference as I understand it is that the 2776-KR version has a dual-BIOS. If your friend is a tweaker/fiddler, he might find that version more interesting, but performance will be the same with either. You can do the same thing setting up custom profiles via software. The one to get is whichever is cheaper.
There seems to have been a rearrangement of the cooler and other parts at the end of the card. If you open the rotational view on Newegg you can see the difference. I don't know what the rearrangement actually does, or which version would be better.

Both cards would work on that motherboard.
