Would a 850W PSU be appropriate for this build?

I'm buying a custom build pc and It comes with a 850W psu, but I don't know if that is good enough for it.

ASRock Z87 PRO3 Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)
2TB 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card
Generic Blu-Ray Disc Combo Drive
Lg 34um95 monitor

I plan to overclock with this too.

It's enough power for sure. The bigger question is how reliable and efficient is it? That 850w means nothing if it's a low quality unit.

Officially, a solid 600w unit would be fine.
