I am assuming that 750w will be enough for this build. There will obviously be fans, optical, and maybe a fan controller.

Also, which psu would you recommend? it doesnt have to be a 750w (if the system doesn't need it)
I have a maximum of $100 to spend on the PSU. I would prefer atleast a 80+bronze.

Thanks in advance

If it was my build, I'd not go lower than 800-850W. And not with a Corsair CS, either. :)  There are better PSU's out there.

Having looked at that build again, why do you go with 2 x 770s? Surely a single 780 Ti can do better?

I would suggest you save a little more money and get a better power supply: If you stick with Corsair, then a TX, HX or AX series.
If you stick with the two video cards, the minimum recommended power supply is 850 Watts with approx. 60 amps on a single +12V rail continuous power at 50C. That CS is rated at 40C.
Karsten75 is right: for about the same money, maybe less, you can put a 780Ti in that system, it will use less power (the CS750 would work fine) and there are less potential problems as there is only one video card (and one helluva fast one at that!)
Regardless of SLI or a single card, here is one of the best PSU on the market today: has a rebate, plenty of power, Gold rated, 10 year warranty.

Yep, costs a little more, but going cheap on your PSU can lead to disaster as they can take expensive components with them when they die.
Here's an excellent review by a very trustworthy site, of that EVGA unit;

I own the EVGA 850W and I put the 1000w P2 in my new build.

Well, I actually have a evga gtx 660 right now, and since im already in the 600 series, i figured id buy a gtx 680. until i realized that a gtx 770 was better than a gtx 680. I unfortunately barely have enough money to afford the build i want now, which includes just a single gtx 770. I would love the gtx 780 or 780ti (which is overkill). Would sli'ing 770's really be less beneficial than a single 780? And also, since im lacking in financial sources, im stuck with a $100 or less psu. I can maybe go to $120 athe absolute max.

I think SLI 770s would outperform the 780. The EVGA 850W power supply is great.

I just looked it up, the sli of gtx 770's does in fact beat a gtx 780, however I do not know if it beats a gtx 780 ti

The 780 Ti card might run games a few frames slower then 2x770's (and I am talking single digit to low teens differences) but it will use only about half the power and therefore create about half the heat of two 770s.
I am running two 660's right now, and they are slightly better then one 680. That's how SLI 770's would be. And it is always safer, with less hassles, to run the most powerful SINGLE card you can afford: Not all games can use two video cards (RAGE was/is one that comes to mind) but they all will run on one card.
BUT (there's always a 'but') if all you can afford NOW is a single 770, then adding another - especially if the prices drop in a few months - becomes a fine plan, and it is a really good card.

they also beat the 780 ti, but its is more practical to just get a gtx 780 (non ti) because it will have overkill performance on most resolutions to begin with, and is more cost efficient. I use the "standard" 1080p-1920p. the gtx 780 would probably give me around 140fps.

I plan on sticking with the EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked until I can sell it and put money together fro a gtx 780. by then, the 780 prices will have dropped a couple cents lol. Anyway, to wrap this up, thank you very much for your help guys! I can now sleep peacefully knowing that my theoritical build is complete. Now it is just money I need.

You're welcome. Best of luck on saving up the money for the build. It will be very nice.
