Hi all. I am currently watching my friend's house for a couple days and I had to power-cycle the modem and router. I was connected via wifi and after I did the power-cycle, the network name has changed from what it was to dd-wrt and now there is no password required or any security, leaving it wide open. I am also unable to access the router's admin settings using: http://www.routerlogin.net, 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. When I try and connect to 192.168.1.1, I get a 400 Bad Request
Cross Site Action detected!
message on a pink background.

The router is Netgear RangeMax Wireless-N Gigabit Router WNR3500U/WNR3500L

My friend is on vacation and I can't get a hold of him right now, so I am hoping there is someone that will be able to help me get it back to how it was.

Let me know if any other info is needed and I'll do my best to provide it,

Thanks.

edit: the computer is too far away to try a direct connection.

The default username/password for routerlogin.net is username: admin password: password if you didn't try that already. Also does the back of his router have a factory reset button? Like something you stick a paperclip into?

I wasn't even able to connect to the login page at first, but for whatever reason, I can now. I have re-named the SSID and added WPA2 and put the password back. That's probably all I can do for now until he gets back to see if anything else was modified.
