google chrome - weird graphics glitch (screenshots in thread)

so for a few days now i've been getting this strange problem in google chrome, i have no idea what might have caused it. i've tried several things to fix it : reinstalling, using incognito mode and disabling all the plugins, none of them fixed the issue. it only happens in small boxes all over the browser and mostly there are several small boxes at a time. It doesn't overlap to for example the taskbar.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? at this point i have no idea how to fix this it.

first up if you gonna try the install reinstall method make sure you use something like revo uninstaller to uninstall...it's to clear out all the registry settings.

that seems to have fixed it. Haven't encouraged the issue again after i tested this.
