was wondering i know the more graphics cards you add the less say the 3rd card in a multi gpu sewtup may only give you a 50%boost as opposed to when you add only 2cards the second card you get 75% instead of 50%

those arnt the exact numbers but was wondering after having reguler crossfire how much do i loose when going from 2cards to 3cards? how much extra performance will a 3rd card add.

i got 2x radeon 280x's already for 4k

With 4k on current hardware you will need 3 or 4 way SLI/CF to get decent fps on even medium settings. Better you just save the money until 4k capable GPU's are released. Nvidia's GTX 800 series will probably release a single GPU that performs well at 4k without needing 4 way SLI 780 Ti to get 60 fps on medium/high settings.
