Solution

The PSU you picked is no better than the EVGA. If anything its worse.. If you want a good PSU at a decent price range get anything made by XFX and you should be safe. Other than that the only thing I would change would be your CPU to a 4690k because they are practically the same price and the 4690k has 100MHz more processing power aswell as an improved TIM (Thermal Interface Material). Just noticed this, do you plan on overclocking? If not then you do not need an EVO or K series CPU. You could just get a 4690 and use the stock CPU cooler. If you would like to OC then get a Z series mATX mobo.

CXM is Semi modular....OP said 800$ budget build and XFX would come for for 50-60$. And lol didn't see the K. OP You need z97 or Z87 board. I recommend Z97 for future compatiablity and faster SSD speed. If you plan to use SSD in future.

$120 but if you can afford it I would suggest a Z97M-PLUS! But since that's not really in your budget, the only thing that I can suggest after that would be an ATX board but that wouldn't fit in your case. z97 mATX boards are not cheap at all
