Wifi device on a wired network

I work at a small business that primarily uses computers and devices that are connected via ethernet and do not have wireless adapters. Would there be an easy way to connect a wifi/USB document scanner to the network where it could be accessed from all computers?

If the scanner has Wi-Fi then it is a network device and you would need only an Access point to connect to as WyomingKnott stated. However depending on the type of business, Wi-Fi encryption potentially be mandated to be a certain standard (such as WPA2 W/ AES). HIPPA, the FDIC and SEC all require WPA2 w/AES. Make sure all devices support the required encryption.
