I am building this build

CPU Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core $184.98
Motherboard
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 $84.98
Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $52.91
Video Card Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB Dual-X $219.99
Case Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed ATX Mid Tower $69.99
Power Supply
Optical Drive LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer $15.98
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) $97.98

I am doing a cheaper build for sure but I don't want to kill my capability for growth, so I need a Mobo and Psu that can hand crossfiring for the semi near future. But I am trying to stay as cheap as possible (within the taste of buying decent quality). Any suggestions would be greaty appreciated.

The PSU you posted will crossfire. The Z97-A is an excellent board, but only get it if you're going to get an i5-4690k (or 4670k but you may as well get the refresh cpu) and then overclock. You would also need to add a CPU cooler to the build like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
