Hey guys, I'm planning to build a new gaming-oriented PC and would like to ask some question regarding the build. Here are the specs :

CPU : Intel Core i5 4690k
GPU : MSI N760 HAWK
RAM : GSkill TridentX 2x4GB 2400MHz
HDD : Seagate Barracuda 1TB
MOBO : ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer
PSU : SeaSonic X-750 80+ Gold

Here goes the questions :
1. Will they compatible to each other?
2. I'm planning to save up for a CM 212X TURBO and going to overclock the CPU, is it possible to hit 4.7GHz?
3. Is the PSU enough for overclocking the CPU?
4. I'm planning to build them inside a CM K282 KWN1 case, will they fit?
5. If not, recommended case for the build? Preferably around $40-$50.
6. Any possible bottlenecks?
7. Will it run Watch_Dogs, BF4, and such games on High-Ultra on constant playable FPS? (50-60)?
8. Any overkill part?

And any recommendation of the build is highly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Solution
1. Yes. It's about perfect.
2. Doubtful. Haswell just doesn't have a lot of headroom. Not that it matters, it's still the fastest thing in town.
3. Yes.
4. Yes. Good looking case. Reminds me of my old HAF 912.
5. The Cougar MX300 is pretty good for $40
6. Yes. With that fast CPU and GPU, you are still going to load levels like molasses without a Solid State Drive.
7. Maybe with AA Turned down.
8. No.

120GB SSD is only like $75 or less now. No excuse not to have one in a quality build like that.

Hey thannks for all of the quick answers guys, Tom's is amazing with y'all.

@Littlesackninja Hmm, the RAM eh? But will the RipjawX show significant and noticable difference when playing games?
I took the TridentX because the price difference between them isn't more than $5.

@damric Hmm, yeah I think I'll start saving up for a Samsung 840 Evo or the Crucial MX100. What do you think about the MX100? It has a big discount in my country.

@i7Baby Really? Just a 500W PSU? Is there any headroom for overclocking with that? And I'm planning to upgrade the GPU in a year or so.
