Is this a good build and how long do you think it will last ?

8gb RAM vengence
Z97mx motherboard
this is my first PC build i have around 1000-1200 dollars to build it ,. I live in Canada so its a bit more expensive and already have monitor , mouse and keyboard Ethernet cable etc.

Would anyone reccomend me anything different and better ?

Ok I will try to get the r9 290 but i heard it has problem with the fan

btw sorry if I am posting in the wrong section , i didnt see a PC Builds section and this was the most active one

a good reliable 550W will do the trick even, and a stock cooler will be fine, but if you have money you can always get the 212 evo, you can get aftermarket r9 290's? But that may be out of your budget

i might be able to get some of that later on , right now I have A LOT of other stuff to pay that are very important . Also overclocking the i5 would need better cooling right , im getting the i5 4690k just in case because idk what the future holds but i am not going to overclock it at least the first few months because it brakes the warranty
