My acer aspire E1-531 yesterday didn't come on after I switched it on. All I can see after the acer logo is a black screen and the mouse cursour. Have tried turning off and on often also I tried pressing Ctrl+Fn+Del also F2+F9+F10 its still doesn't work for it. What can I do plaese? And what is the cause?

Try Ctrl+Shift+Esc to fire up the Task Manager. Sounds like the Explorer.exe process isn't starting as it should be.
