I have very little experience or knowledge on ram, so i am a bit confused, the lower the cas the better??? and i plan on gaming alot, and what would be a good frequency for gaming?

For gaming, 1600 or 1866 is more common with CAS 7-9. CAS refers to latency - when comparing RAM at the same speeds, the lower CAS number equates to lower latency. That's a bit over-simplified, but you can read the attached tutorial if you want to get into the weeds. Real world difference between 1866/8 and 1866/9 for most people is negligible.

No CPU or motherboard supports 2133MHz RAM if not overclocked, So, if you don't plan to overclock... you will only pay more for 2133Mhz RAM.

If you do buy 2133MHz RAM, and don't overclock it, it will slow down to the CPU and mobo supported speed of 1600MHz for Intel Core i3, i5, i7 CPUs... 1866Mhz for higher priced Core i's,.. and 1866MHz for AMD CPUs.
