`very nice build, But your ram sticks might not be compatible with each other, So remove the kingston sticks, as they are worse.
Swap the caviar blue with black if your can: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-interna...
Swap the motherboard with the ASrock z87 Extreme4, Or the MSI z87-G45 Gaming.

Other than that your build is awesome, Also might i ask what psu and graphics card you plan on using? You might need a high quality 850w for sli or crossfire depending on your gpu.

You don`t need 16Gb of RAM, especially not from two different companies. The Gskill is too high, and will create problems with the CM 212 Evo.
I removed two sticks of RAM, and got you a GTX 770 in about the same budget.
