Are these 2 compatible?

Solution
Just some things to consider.

Depending on what CPU/APU you have, you may bottleneck that card.
Also that is whats called a reference design graphics card, its loud and its hot(not THAT bad, but its not ideal either). You may want to consider getting one with a better cooler.
Is your power supply powerful enough to run this card?
Yes according to the website: http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4726#sp

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
(The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
* To support PCI Express 3.0, you must install an FM2+ APU.
1 x PCI Express x1 slot
(The PCI Express x1 slot conforms to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
1 x PCI slot

Means it will fit as the mobo hasPCI Express x16.

To be fair, them coolers aren't too bad on these, they dont run that hot, only around 70'c under load.

Also i have an APU the A8-6600K, i know its pretty poor but from what ive found it the bottlenecking should be minimal until i can upgrade to a better cpu, is that right?

The GTX660ti is much faster than the GTX750ti.
'
Its basically the same card as a GTX760 with a smaller 192bit memory bus and a slightly lower clock speed.

Depends on a few things, but you will have SOME bottlenecking.
I would get an AMD R9 280 or R9 270x/270 , that would allow you to take full benefit of Mantle, which negates bottlenecking amazingly in some games that support it.

The R9 280 should also be cheaper AND faster.

Gigabyte GV-N66TOC-3GD (GeForce GTX 660 Ti) 3GB 1.03GHZ
MSI N660Ti-PE-2GD5 (GeForce GTX 660 Ti) 2GB

These are the only 2 660ti's that come up as compatible when i select my motherboard thats why i was unsure.

Okay that's great to know. I think a 660ti for £125 is a decent deal, considering even if i went for a better GPU, the bottle necking would only increase from my a8 6600k. I was actually originally going to get the R9 280x for £180 but its over budget and means I have to wait and I just want to game now. As long as i can play at 1080p on high setting with a decent fps around 40 im happy

And more cuda cores than the 760!, with an overclock, in less vram bandwidth bound games it usually performs better than the 760, due to the extra cores.
