I was wondering if this current pc would be sufficient enough to run skyrim on ultra settings with graphics mods. Any tips, tweaks, and advice are welcome and greatly encouraged.

all looks fine but I'd suggest you change the motherboard, the one you have is a h81m, which means it's micro atx, which means it's smaller than a normal atx motherboard, i'd say to get a normal atx board and get a z97 motherboard as your cpu is also z97

Would a asrock z97 extreme 4 suffice? And this should be able to handle the heavier mods as well like the graphic/hd mods correct?

i5 4670k performs almost the same in normal applications, however you can overclock it to demand more performance!
your motherboard choice was poor,
this is my version of your pc:

Gamingmaniac I switched out the motherboard with the previously mentioned. How do you think it will fair in your opinion? Also ive just recently learned the term overclocking lol. Thanks alot for your build specs. Is there anything specific you think I should switch out and could you tell me why so I can get a better grasp on pc customizatio ns. The goal is to run skyrim on max settings with hd graphics.

Honestly, it's better to get a z97 board now, than later, mainly becaise if you get a z87 board now, when you come to upgrade your cpu, you'll have to get a new motherboard whereas if you get a z97 board now, you won't have to get a new one, which saves you money in the long term, also, the newer z97 boards have newer features such as more ssd support and better motherboard BIOS, if you have the money now, why go for something that is 10-20 dollars cheaper? Also, you say the i5 4670k can be overclocked to get more performance, but so can the i5 4690k? and to get the overclock to reach the i5 4690k's level you will need lots of good cooling and a high end cpu cooler, something that can cost more, just stick with the i5 4690k , you won't regret it, why go for last year's technology when you can afford last month's?

also, why is his motherboard choice poor? read this review and come back to me http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6346/asrock-z97-extrem...

But the OP changed it to a asrock z97 extreme4, I would have thought that's what you meant when you said 'bad choice of motehrboard'?

@Stephanie De Leon: get a power supply whose output should be no more than 500 watt or 550 watt, best choice would be 450 watts one which i chose in my specs( coz it's an 80+ platinum)
what legend001523 said in his post that stick with i7 4690k, so about that if you can afford an z97 mobo and a i5 4690k then why not buy it? right?

So good Luck :)
