After Replacing my Graphics Card, My PC Performance have gone worse.NEED HELP!!!

So yeah, after replacing mg graphics card, my Pc performance have gone worse than before particularly in games like BF4, Titanfall, and Even Simcity!! My graphics card before was a GT630 and the PC handled the games just fine! Some in Med setting, some were on Low. But as soon as I replaced it with a Better one, a Sapphire Radeon R7 250 ddr5 1gb graphics card. From worse to more worse than before! I don't seem to get it. As Soon as I replaced my graphics card, It seems to be fine at first, then I tend to have these frequent Freezing in my game. Repeating Sound, and Freezing gameplay! Please I need a fix! :??: What should I Upgrade? What should I do???? Here are my Specs now:

600w PSU
AsusTek Computer Inc. P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
Intel core I3-3210 3.2ghz CPU
Sapphire Radeon R7 250 ddr5 1gb GPU ( before:Nvidia Gt 630)
Windows 7 Ultimate OS
4gb RAM

Im using sapphire r7 250 1gb gddr5 and got 40 fps on bf4 ultra . There must be some error in drivers try re installing them . Also try checking if your graphics card fan wire just got detached as it might get detached while placing it . Try attaching it again and see your pc work like a charm

This guy was using ddr3 one and i have an GDDR5 . Read the description carefully

Ok maybe, I gave you guys a lack of Info. So yeah, bought the new Graphics Card, Installed the Latest Driver Immediately on SAFE MODE,Played BF4 on ULTRA, with a frame rate around 40- 60!! I was very surprised. The Next Day, Opened up the Computer, and I could feel something's wrong. The boot up was a bit slow, When I played BF4, Next thing you knew It freezes, tried out the Lowest setting, Still Freezes. Some other games like, Assassin's Creed 4 seems to be fine, I can play it on High with 30 FPS, But I seem to notice some freezing, but not as worst as the Freezing that Occurs in BF4, not sure if the PC is Bottlenecked or Not, so I hope I can find an Answer Sooner or Later :)

try reinstalling the drivers . Also make sure you uninstalled old graphic card drivers completely as sometime it can cause problems
