Title bar buttons too big? Bigger than normal?

I was messing with fonts in my system, Windows 8.1 and now although I returned all my font settings to default and undid ALL registry tweaks, my title bar buttons now look like this. My scaling settings are also set to 100%. Please help. My title bar size is set to 12. If I set it to 11 the title bar buttons get blurry. It wasn't like this before I started messing with fonts. I can't system restore because this is a work computer. Please do not scold me for not backing it up before messing with it, I'm already so depressed that this happened. I spent like 8 hrs trying to fix it, but I can't. Again, please help!

There are no system restore backups, the tech guys where I work disabled it for space because I was nearly running out.

well you can do a windwos freasup that put back al the difels windows setting but you need the windows cd for that if you dont have that ther is a opsion to downloade windows 8.1 iligal and put it on cd and u that for windows fresh up
