I had this computer gifted to me from an uncle recently, my only goals for it are to play league of legends on medium or high settings nothing beyond that. It currently plays lol on the lowest settings just fine (45-65 fps) but I am wondering if I upgrade the cpu or gpu I could get it to play lol on high settings. It is not my main computer and it will only be used when friends come over and we play some league (happends 2-3 times a week). The computer is a HP- p7-1254 and here are the specs.

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD A6-3620 32 °C

Motherboard
PEGATRON CORPORATION 2ACF (P0) 38 °C
Graphics

512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6530D Graphics (HP) 24 °C

Appreciate anyone who takes the time to give me an opinion/suggestion.

This will bottleneck a bit, but still worth it in my opinion.
Your upgrade path on the CPU is not very good. The best you can get is an AMD A8-3850, but thats barely any better.
What you can do is get a better graphics card. But that will mean you need to updrage your powersupply too.

Whats your budget?

I am in the process of building myself a decent gaming computer, the reason I would like to upgrade this is to have a computer to enjoy as a second for friends when they come over, a few hundred bucks in upgrades is a lot cheaper then a whole computer. Novuake for what I am going to use this computer for I would put my budget around $200 if we can get it playing lol on medium-high graphics decently.

Hey I remember you. You are the one with 1000$ budget and wants to xfire 280. Just a few question, do you really want to xfire 280? A single 290 or 290x will be better and cheaper ( after you xfired ) and afaik xfire is only good in multiple monitors, playing League in triple monitor setup is quite overkill bro xD

Yes that is for my other build, for my main computer for different needs/wants and completely different. That thread is still open and I am happy to hear your suggestions/opinions on it for sure, but in that thread if possible. In this thread I am after what I have stated for this setup. Thanks for the suggestions Novuake, I am just getting off work so I will take a look at them when I get home and post, thanks for taking the time to help.
