windows 7 wont boot throws bsod and restarts

hey,
since yesterday my windows 7 doesnt boot up.It shows windows logo and then a bsod screen appears and it restarts.Cant log in into any safe mode or repair or format the system as it gets stuck on doing so.Please help...

Try booting from your windows installation cd and launch windows repair or restore windows at an earlier time, BTW have you modified your BIOS settings recently, "maybe secure boot is enable". what's the model of your motherboard?
