ASUS Sabertooth 990fx VS. ASUS CROSSHAIR V Formula

Hey guys,
I'm gonna build a gaming pc my hardware config is as below;

AMD FX-8350
Cooler master hyper 212x cpu cooler
Sapphire 270x boost oc 2gb
corsair vengeance 2x8gb ram
wd caviar green 1tb hdd
Corsair vs650
3 extra cabinet fans

please help me to know, which mobo is better for this rig?

Neither, they are both overpriced.

This is an excellent motherboard for considerably cheaper price.

Also the VS Corsair PSUs are not great. Get something more reliable.

if its not that much more expensive then get whichever of those 2 are the cheapest.

I own 2 Sabertooth Rev. 2 boards and they are the best AMD boards on the market in my opinion , overclocking beast with the right cooling and a good chip.
