Viruses that i cant delete after an incomplete download

I downloaded a zip file with a downloader that seemed to have a virus when i tried to download it, it didn't download the file and my cpu is getting high cpu usage while on a browser I did a virus scan several times but i cant find or fix the problem, I would need some help if you can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Try a program called Malwarebytes. If that doesn't work, try Hitman Pro.

Also, you don't know if it is a virus OR the downloader has a bug that's causing the high usage. I would say uninstall the downloader, also (boot in safe mode if necessary to do that).

i think its fixed for now but i dont know exactly i will check properly thanks for your help

the cpu problem has been fixed but the svchost.exe is taking a lot of ram usage i dont know how to deal with that yet
