I have a HP Deskjet 3000 J310 series that i just use in my bedroom, only when i try to print a document off of microsoft word, the printer seems to miss lines of text. It will print the 1st line, miss the second, print the third then not print the rest... I don't think the ink is the problem as they're fairly new cartridges and i've wiped them if they were clogged. Yet still nothing, i've tried print off of another programme and get the same problem. It never happened before and only just started happening recently. Any ideas?
