Im very fond of Mushkin Redline very good quality. Its not cheap though. The ones mentioned above are very good as well.

And if your plan is to mix ram i wouldn't recommend it, it probably wont work. Unless you get exactly what you already have in your pc even then it might not work it is only recommended to use ram that is packaged together.
