So i want to get an ssd, nothing big, to speed up boot and load times, and i need a 2.5" drive to test my bro's laptop. BUT, my mobo only supports sata II 3.0gb/s, half the transfer speed of the ssd, but i was thinking, would this actually half my effective performance?
