What type of games will you playing and are you planning on overclocking??
A user would really be selling both of these CPUs short by not OCing them. That Intel CPU is more or less intended to be OC'd and I've read that the FX 8350's potential is not fully harnessed without OCing.
That being said, OP should consider mobos that can support OCing.

The G3258 build will run $100 cheaper, but I am of the opinion that the G3258 is a bit of an unbalanced pairing with the R9 280. Instead, for more or less the same price as the FX 8350/R9 270X option, you could pair an i5-4440 with the R9 270X and obtain a more balanced gaming PC.

However, the final decision should be based not only on the price you wish to pay, but also the games you wish to play.
