""2 x sli GTX780 DirectCU II GDDR5 3GB 384Bit Nvidia GeForce DX11.1"" ///or/// ""1 x GTX780 STRIX GDDR5 6GB 384Bit Nvidia GeForce DX11.2"" . Which you prefer? not for gaming. For video processing , 3d modeling , physics +rendering (Please dont prefer quardo etc.)

Solution
ahh... then you'd be better with sli 780's , especially for rendering, the two cards will help a lot more as they give 40% more performance than a single 780

Got it but gtx 780 6 gb has 889Mhz base clock, gtx 780 3 gb (the sli one ) has 941Mhz clock , you think still 6gb ?

The extra clock speed will have minimal effect compared to the extra memory. Plus, you will be saving money on the single gpu.
If you do end up getting sli you might need a larger psu?

The 780 ti should be available with 6gb RAM soon.. You may want to to wait for that.. Don't know it's actual already released?

Edit: If you can't wait maybe you can consider buying a card from EVGA, which allows you to upgrade to a new card within 3 months after purchace and only pay the price difference between the two cards.

For now only 2 , dual but surround, i mean extending style , but in future i'd like to make 3 monitors surround (supported 3d option) , res will be about 1366x768 max for each monitor

Hm... Then sli 780 would be the way to go, or a 6gb 780ti, what about a r9 290x ? It has 4gb of ram. I'd suggest the 780 sli because a single 780 will not be able to get ultra on 3 monitors, whereas a 780 sli probably can, I'd say the 780 ti 6g, because it can handle 3 monitors of that res on ultra, but only the 6gb version. But also, the r9 290x has 4gb of vram, which can handle 3 monitors too, but cheaper than the 780 ti

There are no available ti series in turkey , and for rendering, video processing the experts (nvidia, Autodesk university, adobe etc) says choose nvidia cards
But thanks anyway :)
