I hav fx 8320 i dont want to overclock it at anytime
Is stock cooler enough.i will change the thermal paste if needed
How often shud i change the thermal paste

Solution
Yes, the stock cooler is enough to run the processor on the default clocks. Just make sure your case has good ventilation. You shouldn't have to replace the paste as long as you apply it well. If you notice your CPU temps going up, you would want to consider replacing it.
The stock cooler that comes with all processors should be good enough for running at stock clock speeds. And the thermal paste should be changed every 6-12 months, or when your processor starts getting way hotter than usual.

I know that the Fx-6300 would overheat and cause system failsafe crashes with a stocker cooler, trying to game, stream and video chat. If you're going to be doing many intensive loads at once, your stock cooler may not be able to handle it, even with AMD's newer coolers (with the heat pipes). If you're not going to be pushing the processor to the limits for prolonged periods of time, then you're fine.

I'd really suggest a Hyper 212 Evo though. I've got one on my 8320 and it keeps her below 50c during prime 95. For $35, I'd say it's worth the peace of mind and quality cooling, even for just stock usage (no OC).

I've got the same RAM; it fits just fine. Worst case, you move the RAMs over to the 2 + 4 slots, not the 1 + 3 slots (assuming you've got 4 slots).
