I've been struggling for some time trying to choose the components for my first build...
I already own a working monitor, keyboard, mouse and an external optical drive.
My budget is around 650€ (870 usd) and i came up with this:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 (100€)
CPU Cooler: Stock
Motherboard: Asrock Z97 Pro3 (90€)
Memory: HyperX Fury RAM, 8 GB, 1600 MHz, DDR3 (70€)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" (50€)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270 (2GB, GDDR5, DVI, 1 GPU) (140€)
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 (70€)
Power Supply: Seasonic M12II Bronze (80€)
Optical Drive: None
Wireless Network Adapter: Tp-Link TL-WN881ND 300 Mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adapter (14€)
Total 600 €

The questions are:
Is the power supply enough powerfull for everything?
What could i buy now to make it easier/less expensive to upgrade when i have money to invest in it (mobo or power supply maybe)?
Should i change any of them for something better in the same price range?
And most important, is it good enough to play modern games (rpg, fps and moba) with high settings?

Thank you very much for your time.

Well z97 chipset are made for overclockers. Unless you intend to change your processor in near future, I'd suggest you go with a less expensive motherboard housing a H87 chip.

For the psu, you'll have plenty of power with the 520W unless you want to have room for an upgrade on your GPU setup.
