I was wondering if I should buy the i5 4690k, or get the i5 4670k? I read the reviews online and there is not much of a difference. I was wondering what is your opinions on the two processors? Thanks.

It has been explained by ninja very nicely, but I'd like to add some points:

Since the 2 processors have so much of similarity, there's no point discussing raw power as they both are 19-20.
The 90k is available at ~$5 extra in most of the stores (NewEgg, Amazon), and I feel it's not a big deal.
BUT, if you're not likely to use the CPU at its most, you may save the $5, wouldn't make a difference anyways.

I go with 90K as its more value for money to me-IMHO.

They are the same, But the 4690k has a higher factory clock, If you plan on over clocking, get the 4670k, If not then its better to get the 4690k, But it won't make much of a performance increase. If the 4690k is significantly more expensive where you are, Get the 4670k.
