So, I want to crossfire my gpus. I have a DDR2 motherboard with ATI Radeon HD 2400PRO already there. But I want to crossfire a XFX Radeon R7750 with it. My PSU is 425watts and I believe the ATI is 50watts and the XFX is 55watts. Can I do that? Is it possible to crossfire them and still have enough power to provide to my Intel core duo 3.2ghz processor? Thanks.

You can't only GPU's of the same family can crossfire. (i.e. an R9 270x crossfired with a 280x or an HD7770 with an HD7750). You can not mix and match different families.

You can't crossfire the two. There are of diff. family/series. It's a very old gpu that you are using while the 7750 is a new one and it can be Crossfired only with a 7750/7770.
The Hd7750 is a pretty good card(currently using it) and it won't disappoint you.

So can I just replace the one gpu with the newer one instead? It's a pci-e x16 same with the newer one. Or can I crossfire SAPPHIRE HD 7790 because I think it's also an AMD... I'm a noob.

You can't crossfire a 7750 and a 7790,they are from diff. family.
Here is the complete list of AMD Crossfire gpu combinations:

If you have a branded 425W PSU,then you can get the 7790 if and only if your systems TDP is somewhat low.
Let me know your system specs along with that of the PSU. If it's a dual core cpu, then it's likely going to be a bottleneck but i can't say that confidently until and unless i come to know the specs of your cpu and rest of the system.

The CPU is an Intel X38 Express. Not the best processor but it does the job. It's clocked at 3.4 ghz. And I don't know the TDP and can't tell you until later on in the week because I'm not near my computer. I'm currently searching for DDR2 ram (2gbx4) because I have 3gb of ram installed already for some odd reason. The CPU is quad core.
