A good APU for League of legends?

Solution

The AMD A10-7850k is quite expensive if you're on a budget, thats why i would suggest to get the AMD A8-6600k, it's cheaper and gets playable frames in the games he wants to play. I do agree on the FM2+ motherboard, i would get the MSI FM2-A55M-E33 since it's cheap and supports dual channel ram.

the best option would be to go with a AMD A8-6600k, this will run League of legends at medium to high at 60fps.
you could get the MSI FM2-A55M-E33 motherboard for about 43 euros with that.
then you just have to get 8 gb of ram, a case, a powersupply of 400 watts minimum, and if you want one, a dvd drive.

i like to go with these, http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-PC3-12800-240-Pin-BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00/dp/B006WAGGUK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1407176595&sr=1-1&keywords=Crucial+Ballistix+Sport

they get the job done and are not expensive compared to other 8 gb ram sticks, they're also dual channel, which is what you want.

1866mhz or more. The integrated graphics will use the ram, so faster ram = performance boost. Right?.

not really, the integrated graphics card has 1 gb of its own ram, and it can't use the ram you put in as VRAM, since RAM and VRAM are 2 different things.
1600Mhz is enough for the ram, you will only be spending much more on something that will give you 1-2FPS extra, if you want your games to load faster though, you could get an SSD and install your games on there.

AMD's APUs have absolutely no integrated RAM whatsoever; they rely entirely on system RAM and show a decent amount of IGP performance scaling at least up to 2133MT/s memory.

With some 8GB 2133-9 memory kits selling for only ~$10 more than 1600-9 memory, someone who is going to use the IGP on the A8-7600 or higher would do well to get better than 1600 RAM.

Yep, you're right, my bad, you should definitly go for the 2133Mhz ram if you can find some.
